I recently posted a reel to my Instagram of me talking about why I love jumping rope so much. This wasn’t exactly engaging content, but I was surprised at the messages that came in afterward.

People wanted to know what type of rope it was. I know why they are so intrigued… the sound.

It’s a Muay Thai rope. That sound makes you feel like you are hopping helicopter props on every revolution. It’s a visceral experience. I already treat jumping rope as a moving meditation, but this noise helps you drop into the zone even faster.
